Carlene joined the George Petersen Insurance team in 2023 and oversees recruitment for the agency. In addition to her recruitment role, Carlene works closely with our new division, Leap Solutions, supporting their business development efforts across our George Petersen locations.

Born and raised in Redding, Carlene is involved in the community, often attending local events and staying active in various organizations. She serves on the Redding Chamber Ambassador Committee, volunteers with local nonprofits, and is a member of Redding Rotary. Outside of work, Carlene is a devoted dog mom and an outdoor enthusiast.
