Craig was born in Mendocino County and raised on his family’s cattle ranch in Willits. He attended Ukiah High School and went on to The University of Arizona, graduating in 2009. After graduating from college, he returned home and went to work for his Father-in-Law farming wine grapes and Bartlett pears on a 500 acre farm in Hopland. After 13 years of hands-on farming, he decided to change paths and joined George Petersen. 2019-2020 Craig assisted his wife, Amy, with the development of Shanel Valley Academy, a local charter school in Hopland where he continues to volunteer. Currently he is enjoying raising his two young children, Wyatt and Ella Frost.
