Born and raised in southern California, Emma Ashbee moved to Redding to attend Simpson University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration. She now calls Redding home, sharing life with her husband, Jeremy, of many years, and their energetic 6-year-old son.  Outside of work and family life, Emma is an avid fan of true crime, always keeping up with the latest podcasts and diving into the twists and turns of her favorite mysteries. She’s also a huge fan of The Office—a show that never fails to make her laugh, no matter how many times she’s watched it.
