Gwen began her insurance career at Best & Feaks Insurance, a division of George Petersen, in 1997. She joined the agency as the receptionist/admin assistant during her senior year in high school and quickly grew an interest in the industry, obtaining her insurance license in 2001. Gwen held multiple positions throughout the years such as; Assistant, Personal Lines Agent, Commercial Account Manager and is currently a Commercial Lines Account Executive at the agency. She prides herself in providing excellent customer service and genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients, their businesses, and acting as an advocate for both long-standing and new clients. In 2007, she obtained her CISR designation to enhance her service and management skills. Outside of work, you can find Gwen spending time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys the outdoors, baseball, and watching her sons play sports.
