She began her career at Allstate Insurance Company as a Personal Lines Agent before transitioning into Commercial Underwriting at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. With over two decades of industry experience, Rachel has cultivated a deep passion for helping business owners identify and protect their risks. She specializes in providing cost-effective, strategic solutions through collaborative risk management. Known for her consultative approach, Rachel guides her clients through the often-complex insurance purchasing process, ensuring they feel informed and empowered every step of the way. Since earning her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2009, Rachel has remained committed to professional growth and continuous learning. She considers herself a lifelong student of the insurance industry. Outside of work, Rachel is dedicated to her family and active in her community. She’s an avid runner, an unskilled but enthusiastic golfer, and loves spending time outdoors.
